Third parties must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Records must be maintained to demonstrate compliance and accountability.
Anti-Corruption & Ethical Conduct
We have zero tolerance for bribery, fraud, or corruption in any form.
Third parties must not offer, give, or receive improper payments or favors.
All business dealings must be conducted with honesty and fairness.
Supply Chain Transparency
Full visibility is required across all tiers of the supply chain.
Third parties must disclose sourcing practices, subcontractors, and production sites upon request.
We expect proactive identification and mitigation of risks related to labor, environment, and ethics.
